Your expertly curated Special Brunch Sets take you through two courses of Japanese favorites: a 2 House Salads, 2 Miso Soups, 8 Pieces of Sushi or Sashimi, and 2 Hand Rolls. The barbecued eel is especially succulent, glazed with a housemade sauce that keeps diners coming back.
The aesthetic is modern and minimalist, but the serving ware is distinctly Japanese. Chefs grate fresh wasabi root for each order - no green paste from a tube to be found here - and the menu evolves according to the seafood and produce available each season.

Owner and New York native Tony Bo Chan (who also designs his own fashion line), created the space to showcase the best sushi in the neighborhood, which glows enticingly in the light of the restaurant’s custom neon art.
Not to be missed are the hand rolls, inventive maki, superb cocktails and of course, omakase (“chef’s choice”). Specialty dishes include the Sea Urchin (Uni) from three continents and the Fatty Tuna Belly as well as Salads and Poke Bowls.
