From the sizzling Plevrakia (charcoal-grilled lamb ribs, lemon potatoes), to fresh catches like the Wild Scottish Salmon and the hearty Brizola, (16oz free range Black Angus ribeye steak), each dish highlights the highest quality ingredients with expert Mediterranean techniques and seasonings.
