Every year, food vendors from the iconic to the up-and-coming gather together for an epic cook-off. This is where cult institutions like Cinnamon Snail, Luke's Lobster, Korilla BBQ, Biryani Cart, and Wafels & Dinges earned their stripes, launching to stratospheric success.
This year's finalists will be offering gourmet picnic sandwiches (The Basket), Indonesian satay (Tuson Sate), Venezuelan yoyo sandwich (Cachapas on Wheels), among many others.
