Tyson Ho opened the first traditional Carolina whole hog BBQ join in NYC. Joshua M. Bernstein & Chris Cuzme are all about craft beer. So, naturally when the three get together, something very special will happen between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday June 18, 2016.

The Arrogant Swine is an American Beer Hall nestled in the quaint little artistic village of Bushwick in Brooklyn. Opened in Summer 2014 by Head Pitmaster Tyson Ho, the venue brought traditional North Carolina BBQ to New York City.
Authentic whole hog BBQ is no easy feat; the process involves slow smoking the entire pig for almost an entire day until she’s meltingly tender and full of flavor. Tyson then uses his secret sauce and mixes all the parts of the pig together so that you get a taste of all the different parts of the animal in every bite!
During the Solstice Session Part III, Tyson Ho will have a huge hog ready for you. Your ticket includes a heaping, gut-busting plate of food and all you can drink beer - for 3 hours.
You'll savor the beverages in more than 3,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor industrial paradise, with picnic tables aplenty.
