A bottle of Flor NV Prosecco Rose - Flor is the house Prosecco served in renowned New York City restaurants like the revered Del Posto and Babbo. Flor is a delicate, fragrant, and fresh sparkler full of citrus and stone fruit flavors,with fine bubbles and creamy mousse with little almond bite. Most of the grapes are from Valdobbiadene.
A bottle of Capture Fleuron 2012 Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc - The Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely nose of honeysuckle, a palate of grapefruit and Meyer lemon, and a mineral finish. Fleuron Wines are crafted to showcase the unique terroir of California. Each cuvee is elegant and to be shared with family and friends. The organic and award-winning, small batch Fleuron wines are hand-made by French master Denis Malbec.
A bottle of Capture Fleuron 2011 Chardonnay Sonoma - Flamboyant in White (oaky, fruity white) Captûre Winery’s haute-French husband and wife team of May-Britt and Denis Malbec have created a Chardonnay of unmistakable California exuberance. Toasty, hazelnut aromas introduce a wine shot-through with vanilla oakiness, and lashings of peachy-lemony fruit, all somehow shaped into an equipoised, even elegant, composition.
A bottle of Sant'Elena 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon - From a winery in the Italian town of Gradisca about 20 driving minutes from the Slovenian border in the DOCof Isonzo in the region of Friuli. The wine is perfectly aged and definitely captures that bell pepper note so common in Bordeaux varietals that are grown in this region. Due to the maturity of the wine, the tannins are soft with a super earthy back end.
