U Studio is a serene studio located in SoHo, committed to supporting students on the path towards a healthy life. Their philosophy is centered on the belief that a sound mind in a sound body is the key to a healthy, happy existence. Each class, regardless of level, is designed with this philosophy in mind.
The studio offers a flexible schedule of over 30 weekly yoga and pilates classes, seven days a week. Experienced instructors make sure all practitioners feel included and are properly introduced to their mat before they lead hot, restorative, gentle flow, and energetic vinyasa yoga and Pilate classes.
Yogis can stretch and breathe in an Intermediate Yoga class with challenging flow sequences, or gain strength as they combine Ashtanga, Kripalu, and Dharma styles in a Hot Vinyasa Flow session.
