Mirroring the excellence of its sister restaurant, BondST, Mother Duck showcases a unique & innovative Izakaya-style menu perfectly curated to devour. You'll start with Duck Confit Bao Buns stuffed with scallions, house hoisin sauce, and pickled veggies, or the Chicken Karaage with ginger soy, lemon, and Japanese mustard mayo.
Next up, you'll continue to sip on fabulous sake, warming you up for mains. We love the Chili Smoked Skirt Steak (coconut rice, charred scallion relish, Chinese broccoli) and the Miso Glazed Salmon (black rice, Chinese broccoli, saikyo miso glaze).
