You'll be taken back to the Belle Epoque by burlesque dancers, sword-swallowers, a whip-bearing master of ceremonies, and giant boa constrictors, among other sybaritic surprises.
The 5 Course Dinner with Cocktails option features exquisite dishes such as the Branzino & Seared Scallop (fennel, burnt eggplant cream, marbled potatoes), the Braised Short Rib & Lamb Chop (baby carrots, beef jus), and the Truffles "Risotto" (24 mo-aged parmigiano, pastis, Israeli couscous).
After dinner, everyone parties! The freely flowing 4 Hour Premium Open Bar will get you in a festive mood as you welcome the New Year in. Dance to the hypnotic sounds of DJ Maad, one of NYC's top DJs, while glamorous performers turn up the sultry vibes throughout the venue.
