Of the countless incredible dishes on the menu, the star item is the eponymous Cheeseboat: a canoe-shaped bread filled with creamy sulguni cheese, baked until bubbling, then crowned with a raw egg that cooks itself as you stir it with a piece of the "boat." Add to this the finishing touch of black truffle, and you get an intoxicating ne plus ultra of comfort foods.

Located on fashionable Berry Street in the heart of Williamsburg, Cheeseboat serves up unabashedly delicious Georgian cuisine with a local, seasonal, and organic focus.
The namesake cheeseboat is a must-have, with variations like crispy bacon & caramelized onions or spinach & egg. You'll also love the Shkmeruli Chicken, a pan-fried chicken with creamy garlic sauce accompanied by soft, freshly baked bread to sop up every bite.
Should you prefer something meatier, the authentic Shkmeruli Chicken Cheeseboat is tender, tasteful and truly filling; the delicious grilled chicken comes cooked in a creamy garlic sauce.
