In the kitchen, Executive Chef Eldad Shem-Tov puts to work his formidable experience at places such as Aquavit and Alain Ducasse, to deliver signature dishes such as the Hangar Steak (buttermilk mash potoato, sautéed spinach, bordelaise sauce) as well as daily specials.

When it opened in 2013, Whitman & Bloom garnered some of the highest accolades possible for a new restaurant. To this day, it continues to delight diners with small plates, flatbreads, composed entrees and affordable wines.
And it's not just the menu that evokes a comfortable bliss. The restaurant itself was designed with a 19th century farmhouse in mind; a sanded down facade, rustic wooden tables and tin ceiling just add to the vibe.
Settle into a booth or take a seat outdoors, then start with the Tuna & Avocado Tacos. Then, move onto a selection of entrees that include a range of meats, fish and inventive flatbreads.
