Chefs Collaborative NYC, the premier nonprofit uniting local chefs working to improve our food systems, presents a special screening of Wasted!: The Story of Food Waste, executive produced by Anthony Bourdain.
Wasted! delves into why food waste is costing us over $1 trillion annually, and how it is contributing to climate change even as human hunger still remains a global crisis. Joining Bourdain in front of the camera are world-renowned chefs who are providing innovative solutions to the problem.
After the screening, hors d'oeuvres such as Assorted Sushi Rolls, Spicy Cheese Dumplings, and Salmon Belly Tacos will be served.
