In the film, Chef Bourdain joins other stars such as Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber, and Danny Bowien to discuss the problem of food waste - and creating a world without hunger and pollution through sustainable cooking practices.
The screening will be followed by a specialty cocktail and light bites by Chefs Dave Rashty (Megu), Jake Rojas (Tallulah's Taqueria), and John McCarthy (OKA).

Chefs Collaborative NYC, the premier nonprofit uniting local chefs working to improve our food systems, presents a special screening of Wasted!: The Story of Food Waste, executive produced by Anthony Bourdain.
Wasted! delves into why food waste is costing us over $1 trillion annually, and how it is contributing to climate change even as human hunger still remains a global crisis. Joining Bourdain in front of the camera are world-renowned chefs who are providing innovative solutions to the problem.
After the screening, hors d'oeuvres such as Assorted Sushi Rolls, Spicy Cheese Dumplings, and Salmon Belly Tacos will be served.
pulsd members can also take their pick of Megu's tantalizing craft cocktails like the Green Dragon (coconut rum, matcha, lychee, yuzu, fresh crème) as you mingle with other conscious-minded guests.
A lively panel discussion with esteemed experts, including Chef Miriam Garron (Food Network) and Marc Oshima (AeroFarms), will round out this stellar event.
