Let your curiosity take over as you spend time with a tarot card reader in the stunning art-deco inspired alcove at Walker Hotel. Once you've been intrigued by your future, you'll make your way over to Society Cafe where Executive Chef Nicholas McCann will guide you through a Gemini-themed 4 course feast filled with luxurious elements.
Chef McCann will immerse you in his creations, explain his inspiration for dishes like the "It's All Up In The Air" repping an air baguette, alioli foam, and prized Jamon Iberico, as well as "The Bird Has Flown The Coupe," aka honey & lavender glazed duck roulade, foie gras torchon, rosemary, and lingonberry.
You'll wrap the the feast with an Icarus Strawberry Shortcake topped with toasted meringue & elderflower, not to mention the final sips of your Airy 75 libation (Aviation Gin, Chambord, chartreuse, bubbles). It's as divine as the stars...

Inspired by the spirit of the Golden Age in NYC, the architecture at Walker mirrors Georgian revival towers & rich romantic interiors, reminiscent of New York’s early days yet, inspired by today’s vibrant thriving culture. Society Cafe upholds that ethos with its interiors, boasting a cozy vibe & elements like a skylight and emerald banquettes.
Executive Chef Nicholas McCann (TESSA, The Milling Room, Corkbuzz) will draw on his training at The French Culinary Institute to whip up a menu that reflects the zodiac sign. But before you devour, you'll enter the stunning lobby alcove at the Walker Hotel for some tarot card readings that will enlighten your spirits & clear your mind of uncertainty.
After your reading, Chef McCann will be waiting at Society Cafe, where he'll serve a foray of sensational presentations reflective of the sign. Listen intently as the chef walks you through Gumbas Ajilla (garlic shrimp), Savory Chorros with white cheese, "The Nest They Left Behind" asparagus nest with coddled duck egg, herb alioli, and vegan jamon, not to mention a decadent dessert.
