Enjoy the finer, sweeter things in life while taking in stunning city views at Treat of Life, an immersive Dessert & Wine Pairing Rooftop Soirée taking place from 6:00pm-9:00pm on Sunday July 28, 2019 atop The Lofts At Waverly Place's charming roof deck in Greenwich Village.

Grab your $39 pulse (a $65 value) for a seat at this indulgently exclusive table featuring 3 Courses of Handcrafted Desserts paired perfectly with 3 Glasses of Wine and live jazz music, culminating in an elevated tasting experience.

Your host for the evening will be Chef Oona Louch, trained by the acclaimed Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) & the innovative Dominique Ansel Bakery, and now situated at Brooklyn Michelin-Starred restaurant, Freeks Mill. Her expertise and meticulous skills have made her a young rising star in the industry whose future is as bright as it is iced in decadence.

The dining environment will physically change, as each dish mirrors the experiences involved in the stages of life: childhood, adolescence, & adulthood. Counter flavors of blueberry elderflower, lemon gelée, earl grey anglaise and the like with your rich wines curated to level up each saccharine morsel.

Assemble under the stars for a real treat! The Treat of Life's delightful gathering will be equal parts intimate and delicious, granting attendees exclusive access to a private loft & rooftop deck in Greenwich Village, plus a chance to experience a pairing of fine wines while savoring rare desserts made on site by a talented chef.

Mix and mingle with fellow guests who also love the alluring properties of desserts as rising star and Pastry Chef Oona Louch will be preparing a one-time tasting menu. With time spent under the guidance of the renowned Dominique Ansel Bakery and a resumé that includes a current position at Michelin-starred Freeks Mill, you're in good hands.

The theme for the evening reflects the various stages of development in life. Childhood is translated into vanilla bean panna cotta with violet sugar, blueberry elderflower compote, & crushed up honey tuile. Adolescence means a white chocolate peanut butter crust, raspberry mousse, lemon gelée, dark chocolate shard, & spun sugar underneath.

Finally, the Adulthood course is comprised of a sable cookie base, piped on caramel and bourbon pastry cream, earl grey anglaise, chocolate sauce, black sesame tuile and candied rose.

With each bite, become enchanted by the intricacies of the selected pairings of wine, noting how each red, white, and so on heightens flavors while bringing subtlety to others.
