Designed by Dallago Associates, The Wilson carries on the spirit of an American supper club with lovely lightness of a New England cottage. The duplex venue boasts a light-filled and covered patio, an open kitchen finished in white subway tiles, and a cozy inner dining room decked with chocolate-brown banquettes.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Chris D’Amico, who was born in Brooklyn and graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. After successful stints at the renowned Waverly Inn and The Bowery Hotel's Gemma, Chef D’Amico hand-picked by In Good Company Hospitality to lead the kitchen at The Wilson.
The Wilson's American-heritage Thanksgiving dinner starts with a seasonal appetizer like the Roasted Delicata Squash Salad dressed in maple, saved rogue blue cheese, and Upstate gala apple.
The star of the show is the Slow-Roasted Turkey Breast served with gravy, cranberry relish, potato purée and Brussels sprouts in a modern update to the Thanksgiving classic.
