Inspired by the relationship between a seasoned fisherman and his beloved bulldog, The Wilson celebrates that unspoken bond and camaraderie. The Wilson features modern and playful interpretations of New American Classics paired with low ABV cocktails, wine, and craft beer. The duplex venue boasts al fresco dining and an upstairs cocktail bar overlooking a vast, open dining room. The space, conveniently located at 132 West 27th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, was designed by Dallago Associates, who also designed the hospitality group's Trademark Taste+ Grind and Park Avenue Tavern. From the space to the food to the drinks, The Wilson is a breath of fresh air in the heart of Manhattan.
