That bustling kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jose Molina (La Cote Basque) who was hand-picked by In Good Company Hospitality (Refinery Rooftop, Bungalow, Park Avenue Tavern, Trademark, Margie's) to lead the esteemed kitchen at The Wilson.
The Wilson's American-heritage Thanksgiving dinner starts with a glass or Prosecco, followed by a seasonal appetizer like the Spinach + Acorn Squash (Asian pear, sunflower seeds, ricotta salata, maple vinaigrette) or Butternut Squash Soup sprinkles with pepitas.
The star of the show is the main, namely Swiss Chard Ravioli elevated by taleggio and walnut pesto, as well as the behemoth Pork Porterhouse with a honey mustard glaze. Leave some room for the housemade Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie sided by fior di latte gelato - a stunning finish!
