The Ribbon is one is one of the shining stars within Bruce and Eric Bromberg's beloved roster of high-profile hotspots (Blue Ribbon Brasserie SoHo, Blue Ribbon Sushi, Blue Ribbon Federal Grill) that have over the years become just as well known for their celebrity sightings as they have for their exceptional dining.
The menu at The Ribbon is American brasserie fare interspersed with pieces of the brothers' Le Cordon Bleu training in Paris. Abundant and playful, this eclectic take on traditional dishes utilizes fresh, seasonal ingredients. Buffalo Cauliflower dunked in blue cheese or a selection of oysters make for the perfect selection to kick-off any meal.
The Prime Rib will be the softest, most tender hunk of meat you’ll likely ever sink your teeth into. Alternatively, the Scottish Salmon in a Vermouth glaze, or the extra juicy Amish Chicken make for two more excellent entree choices.
