Executive Chef Juan's natural talent for cooking has resulted from 20+ years of experience, having worked in renowned restaurants including Delmonico’s, American Cut, Enoteca, Sai Gon Dep, and Empellón. His versatility is unmatched, having mastered culinary delicacies from Vietnamese to American, Mexican to Italian.
His extensive experience and diverse culinary influences create a modern menu that reflects the cultural richness of the city it calls home, so let the Asahi Super Dry, Traitor Joes (rum, peach purée, mango purée, orange juice), Rosé wines, and the like flow as you prepare for a night of indulgence.
