Sip on the spot's famed cocktails, namely the Chan Chan with Hornitos tequila, Union mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, fresh lime juice, pineapple, jalapeño, and tajin, simultaneously devouring Skirt Steak (10 oz of NY strip, roasted potato) and the Fish of the Day, caught fresh daily and grilled adjacent roasted potatoes and salad.
