Rodos, the largest of Greece’s Dodecanese island, is known for its azure waters, luxe beach resorts, and ancient ruins. The Flatiron restaurant flips the script on the rich history and beauty of Greece with a modern approach through contemporary influences and culinary advancements.

Amazing food and wine enjoyed amongst family and friends is the mutually shared vision that Owner Yiannis Chatris had from the beginning, creating a space that expertly balances tradition, inventive elements, and a hint of the culinary team's world-famous Cajun-Creole expertise.

Rodos' menu is brought to life by Chef Konstantinos Raptis, who started his career back home at the 2 Michelin Starred Spondi Restaurant in Athens, before arriving in New York where he spent time at Estiatorio Milos.

The Chilled Octopus in a lemon and Greek olive oil dressing with parsley tastes as though it was plucked fresh from the Grecian sea that same day. Velvety spreads will fire up palate in preparation for your entrees.
