You'll savor the creations of Chef Will Horowitz, who's shaped the menu at SPiN and co-found Duck’s Eatery and Harry & Ida’s. His boundary-crossing style fuses heritage techniques with Asian and Southern influences, and has earned major accolades including Brisket King of NYC and a Kingsford Invitational podium finish, and culminated in his cookbook "Salt Smoke Time."
Think Peconic Gold Oysters with yuzu kosho crème, murasaki uni, and mint granita, followed by mains like the famed Shortrib Pastrami (kraut, chestnut beurre blanc, honey, spices, fresh masa tortillas), not to mention the Dry Aged Burger with Benton’s bacon & aioli on an everything milk bun, or the Smoked Tilefish crowned in dijon, cucumber, fennel, and dill.

The experience redefines traditional dining by weaving interactive installations and rotating exhibitions directly into the room’s rhythm. Culinary director Will Horowitz (of Harry & Ida's and Duck's Eatery) brings his inventive sensibility to the menu, pairing thoughtful, creative dishes with an imaginative cocktail program.
Inside, Pinky Swear feels like stepping into a surreal, story-rich landscape conceived by hospitality designer Jeanette Didon, interaction designer and artist Nathan Roth, and architect Sebastian Quinn. Token-powered artworks hide in unexpected corners, payphones spark light and sound, sculptural figures whisper secrets, and everyday city objects return with playful new personalities.
