Grab your $75 Ticket (a $99 value) for admission to this interactive pizza party, where you'll get to learn all about Nicoletta owner & 2 Michelin-starred Chef Michael White’s secret recipe for devastatingly delicious pies.

As you shape the dough, pile it high with toppings, put it in the brick oven yourself and watch the magic happen. The result: a crispy yet chewy crust that’s the perfect foundation for a range of unconventional toppings.

You'll be "cooking with wine" throughout the event - that is, sipping wine, Prosecco, and draft beer that will be freely flowing from 6:30pm until 9:00pm.

You'll get to eat your own pizza alongside Italian appetizers and the restaurant's famed signature, chef-made pies served throughout the evening: the Calabrese, the Funghi, and the Tartufata, just to name a few.

Your immersive evening will start with Prosecco and appetizers such as Olives, Calabrian Chili Wings, and Risotto Arancini.... alongside an open bar consisting of Prosecco, Wine, & Draft Beer.

You will then learn how to make Chef White's award-winning pizzas; from kneading and stretching dough, to forming the perfect chewy crust, to mastering the dough-to-sauce, sauce-to-cheese, and cheese-to-toppings ratios... all this, while drinking great wine, Prosecco and beer!
