Located in a former hat factory dating back to the 19th century, Refinery Rooftop is located at a gorgeous boutique hotel boasting original architectural details and sensational interior designed by Stonehill Taylor.
The rooftop speaks to a bohemian opulence with salvaged wood, antique carpets and a roaring fireplace built into the original brick wall. The Empire State Building looms just above the outdoor terrace, surrounded by the glimmering lights of the NYC skyline.
