It may be inconspicuously tucked away within the luxurious Carlton Hotel, but there's no hiding how much 2 Michelin Star Chef Laurent Manrique's Millesime restaurant has delighted New Yorkers since it's opening.
Grab this $45 pulse (a $58 value) for a 2 hour bottomless brunch for two fit for a connoisseur. Entrees range from Omelettes "Basque Style" to a delightful Smoked Salmon Plate to the classically French Almond Crepes.
Now, onto the cocktails. Two. Full. Hours. Worth of cocktails with brunch! Choices include Sparkling Orange Blossom Punch (orange blossom punch, with vodka, lemon, ginger, pineapple & topped off with champagne) as well as the more classic Red Sangria Punch.
Finally, a live performance from a rotating cast of entertainers, including house DJ Erika Hamilton, enhance an already sophisticated vibe.
Food is given the sophisticated treatment at Millesime, an elegant French restaurant in the palatial setting of the Carlton Hotel.
Famed Executive Chef Laurent Manrique's restaurant is a classic brasserie, where brunch is giving a French twist and entrees range from Millesime's take on a Classic Eggs Benedict to a very Parisian Croque-Madame. There's even a unique Cod Tempura Fish & Chips for the Anglophiles amongst us!
Finally, recharge for refuel with 2 hours of unlimited Sparkling Orange Blossom Punch (orange blossom punch, with vodka, lemon, ginger, pineapple & topped off with champagne) and the restaurant's classic Red Sangria Punch (rum, lemon, lime & red wine).
