Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Michael Peñaranda, whose resume includes culinary gems like Casa Bellisima and pulsd favorite, Essex Restaurant. With Mediterranean roots and a flair for contemporary cuisine, his menu balances rustic authenticity with elevated twists, perfect for adventurous palates and classic devotees alike.
Medusa also happens to be a part of the Mil Gustos Hospitality Group, the team behind favorites like Miti Miti and Bogota Latin Bistro. Founders George Constantinou and Farid Ali Lancheros bring their passion for food and hospitality to every detail, treating you to a weekend where every second feels like an adventure for the senses.
