Chef & Owner Walid Idriss, inspired by his childhood experiences of making pizza from scratch with his Egyptian mother in Algeria, has transformed his passion into two exceptional pizzerias. The first located in Astoria and the second in Williamsburg, these establishments boast state-of-the-art Italian brick ovens that ensure the pies are cooked to perfection in just two minutes.
We're talking bubbling, blistered masterpieces that will delight your palate in every way possible, not to mention refreshing salads crafted with the freshest, locally-sourced produce. Add in a few glasses of wine, a lineup of frosty brews on tap, or even some lusty bubbly and you're in for a night to remember & repeat!
A tipple like the delightful Prosecco will hit the spot, followed by slice after slice of the Bresaola & Stracciatella (San Marzano tomatoes, stracciatella, arugula, balsamic, bresaola), or the Crudo repping San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, arugula, parmigiano reggiano, & prosciutto.
