Flavorful, bold, and dynamic, Kin Gin is the electric embrace of laughter, music, and the distinct clanging of a bustling restaurant and bar. Featuring small plates, bespoke cocktails, Japanese Sake and Shochu, the menu is perfect for sharing among colleagues, friends, and family.

Japanese ingredients and traditional culinary techniques are paired with products from local farms, ranches, and fish markets. There is no beginning or end to the menu, just shared experiences where everyone creates their own dining journey. Designed as an extension of home, the environment is instantly comfortable while the palpable vibe is upbeat and energetic.

"The modern dining room has luxurious swagger" according to The New York Times, so settle in as you savor the creations of Chef Anthony Inn. Born in Taiwan and raised in New York City, Chef Inn pursued a rigorous apprenticeship under renowned sushi master, Toshio Suzuki, which led him to work in kitchens at Taru, Morimoto, and the Michelin-star Masa and Satsuki.

He strives to create personalized, unforgettable dining experiences–deeply rooted in the concept of omotenashi, the Japanese art of hospitality. Alongside Beverage Director Phil Collins (Nina’s, NoMo Kitchen), expect dreamy drinks like a Shogun Yoshimasa (Meili vodka, white peach calpico, rhubarb, golden berry, grapefruit, egg white) - cheers!

Savor starters like King Crab Chawanmushi with Ossetra caviar, bacon, and lion's mane, and Nasu Miso, aka grilled eggplant, ginger, cauliflower, and sweet miso, moving on to Nama Shichimi Whole Lobster (onion garlic pepper crisp, tomalley butter, crustacean senbei) and Mushi Gindara With Clams - delicious!

After a few scoops of ice cream made in-house, you'll understand why Eater & The Infatuation love it, too...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.

The Miso Zuke Hijiki is a must try, a week later I'm still thinking of that dish. Thank me later. Service is top notch. Can't wait to come back soon!"
