This year's lineup promises another spectacular feast, with star chefs like Peter Sherman (a Robuchon, Bouley and Bloomfield alum with his own hit restaurant, BarBacon) and Jason Marcus (NY Times critic's pick Xixa) showing off their mastery of a most addictive food - bacon!

Sample all kinds of sensational, sweet and savory bacon inventions as you stroll from stand to stand. Last year, Smoked Bacon Stuffed Oreos and Bacon Crusted Lobster Bacon Spring Rolls won prizes, and this year's creations will promise even more surprises!

Bacon purist? You will love the Bacon Bar, with stacks of luscious strips in a number of flavors and textures. Wash it all down with refreshing craft cocktails and beer while kicking it on picnic blankets and tables.
