Start your authentic Italian dinner with a sumptuous Piatto di Salmui featuring buttery-thin slices of Bresaola, Prosciutto, Genovese Salami, Sopressata, & Parmigiano.
The tour of Italy continues with luxurious entrees. The L'Aquapazza is a market-fresh sea bass marinaded in seawater and pan-fried with olive oil and white wine sauce. The Pollo Piccata is a masterpiece of creamy white wine sauce contrasted by piquant lemon, juicy chicken breast and salty capers.
Oenophiles will be delighted by the carefully curated wines from the fall-ready Chianti to the rich Pinot Grigi. As Caesar said: Veni, Vidi, Vino!
