The culture & culinary influences of Panama are perfectly portrayed in Chef Karla Cruz's dishes, with ingredients sourced locally for freshness & to elevate every exquisite bite - all heightened by libations like the "Panama Dreaming" with Ron Abuelo rum, tamarindo, lime juice, raspberries, & honey syrup.
The Steak is juicy & oh so decadent, grilled in a rum marinade and topped with bright, tangy chimichurri, while seafood stunners also set the stage for greatness via Fried Whole Red Snapper - a behemoth adorned in a Panamanian escobeche sauce.

A team of chefs - helmed by owner Karla Cruz of the famed KC Gourmet Empanadas - work their magic in the kitchen, building every dish with passion, attention to detail, and drive to bring the storied heritage of Panamanian cuisine to the Big Apple.
The space itself is filed with life and hues both rich and bold. Custom artwork, delicate chandeliers, and the overall laidback yet familial vibe add to the experience - not to mention the occasional karaoke nights that will have you singing along while you devour.
Sip on a Panamanian Right Hand (Ron Abuelo 12 Anos, red vermouth, Campari bitters, chocolate bitters) before slicing into the signature Grilled Salmon (celery purée, red beets, arugula salad, onions, cherry tomatoes), or swoon over Bistec Picado - a traditional recipe of pepper steak, onions & red peppers in a secret sauce.
