El Carnaval is a colorful, vibrant and casual Panamanian American influence restaurant located in the East Village - Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. At the restaurant we also serve steaks seafood and vegan dishes and special entrées daily our chef worked alongside two of the world famous iron chef's on Iron Chef America. We would like to think the East Village of Manhattan for supporting us come every one to the new hot spot in the east village music great food and most of all great service.
