Grab your $65 pulse (a $75 value) for an All Access Ticket. This walk-around tasting tour features 100+ wines made by sustainable wineries from Italy and beyond, all ready to be poured, swirled, sniffed, and sipped in excess.
In honor of Eataly's 15th Anniversary, they'll be partnering with Slow Wine, an organization that works with small-scale winemakers who follow traditional and sustainable techniques, work with respect for the environment, and protect the wine regions' biodiversity of grape varieties.
While you admire the tasting notes and nuances of each vino, you and your fellow oenophiles and gastronomes will fill up the most delicious fare, namely an endless array of Salumi, Formaggi, Housemade Pizza, a Crostini Bar, Tortiglioni Funghi, Lasagne Emiliane, Penne Al Pomodoro and more!
