Celebrate the culture of Latin America amongst festive scenes that include the bar area, aka “La Roca,” that pays homage to the cavernas in Mexico to the private dining room, called “El Cuarto Encantado” - think lush greenery and interior furnishings and accents imported from South and Central America.
With a glass of bold red wine or a La Que Me Gusta cocktail (Corralejo Reposado, Peloton Mezcal, benedictine, pineapple, lime) in hand, you'll swoon over the Queso Flameado studded with chorizo Mexicano, Oaxaca cheese, and Modelo, scooped with homemade Corn Tortillas, not to mention the Filet Mignon Empanadas.
