The New York–based event gurus are celebrated for their culinary festivals, namely Brisket King NYC, Pig Island, Rib King NY, Bowl of ‘Zole, and, of course, CiderFeast. Applauded in Food & Beverage Magazine, it's helmed by founder Jimmy Carbone, a restaurateur, entrepreneur, and host of Beer Sessions Radio, who launched the company to highlight regional food culture, chefs, and artisan producers.
