To start, the Tuna Sesame (with carrot and cucumber and a delicious citrus dressing) offers a tantalizing interplay of fresh and savory, tart and sweet flavors.
Move on to the Grilled Skirt Steak (charred cippolini), where the sizzle and the smoke of the grill is rounded out by the zesty refrito chimichurri.
Red velvet drapes, dark wood tables, and vintage sconces lend the dining room an otherworldly feel of an intimate bistro in Buenos Aires, the Paris of the South.
