Hailed as "both beautifully bright in presentation and taste" (Vogue Magazine), BLACKBARN is the opulent concept restaurant by Chef John Doherty, a culinary luminary who has served some of the most distinguished figures in the world in his 23-year tenure as the Executive Chef of the Waldorf Astoria.

Inspired by designer Mark Zeff's bespoke homes in East Hampton, the multi-level space evokes a very chic farmhouse crossed with a city loft, boasting reclaimed windows and Spanish leather dining chairs that were hand-stitched in Brooklyn.

The Chef's Table Dinner is an opportunity for you to be served by the chef who has cooked for the world's most important guests, in a setting that evokes a beautiful private dinner party at a Hamptons estate.

Per fine dining tradition, the ritual begins with a glass of Champagne with your first course - the Onion Fondant with goat cheese crostini. Then move onto the Lobster Poached in Vanilla Butter, and the Duck Breast Pastrami, each course paired with a sommelier-picked wine.

The Wild Boar Shoulder Bourguignon (potatoes, roasted parsnip, apple, black truffles, prunes) is a show-stopping main. Your meal ends with a sweet touch of heaven: The Caramelia Chocolate Mousse strewn with chestnuts and candied orange.

Each Chef's Table dinner also contributes to 12 wholesome, nutritious meals to the needy, provided by Chef Doherty's charity Heavenly Harvest Foundation.
