A Long Island native who discovered her life-long passion of cooking by way of her father and time spent training in London, Chef Hitchcock's trajectory is as diverse as the menu at Betty. She's worked for Michelin-starred greats like Jean-Georges Vongerichten, cut her teeth under the wisdom of mega-star Martha Stewart, showcased her skills of Food Network shows, and then some.
It's no wonder that from the moment you taste her creations, you're enchanted. Her ingenious approach and unique background gives her the ability to draw on inspiration from everywhere, tapping into the diverse cultures of New York City and infusing her own twists to keep your taste buds begging for more.
The decor is contemporary minimalist, illuminated by soft bulbs & twinkling lights, and repping clean lines and soft, light wooden tones that put you at ease before you feast.
