Grab this $79 pulse (a $142 value) for a 3 course dinner for two with cocktails or wine, and enjoy a bespoke meal with dishes tailored specifically to your palate, preferences and needs.
You will start with 2 appetizers (From The Ice, From The Fire, From New York) share. Then, order your entree based on protein, flavor profile, and restrictions - moments later, you will be delighted by a fresh, organic dish that is truly one of a kind.
Pair your dinner with a selection of wines or artisanal cocktails that reflect the same passion and attention to detail, like The Chinatown Shakedown (house-infused rosemary gin, green tea syrup, mint, lime).
Finally, make sure you leave a little room for a lot of Menage a Trois (dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, creme de cassis & almond tuile)!
At Bespoke Kitchen, Executive Chef Franco Barrio combines his own farm-to-table sensibility with training in haute cuisine under Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park), and in fusion working for David Chang (Momofuku Ssam Bar). Add to that his own inventiveness that made him a Chopped winner, and you get Bespoke Kitchen’s highly creative, customized dining experience.
The a la carte menu consists of shared plates in 3 sections: Artisanal, Small Plates, and New York. Artisanal focuses on cured meats and cheeses, while Small Plates is where chef Barrio’s Barcelona-style tapas shine, such as the Caramelized Diver Scallops. The NY section boasts exquisite veggies sourced daily from the Union Square Greenmarket, including Local Market Salad (kale, maple bacon lardons, soft fried egg, horseradish, mushroom vinaigrette).
The main course is where you get to experience the ultimate in “off-menu” dining. You will feel like a member of a New York City private supper club as you indicate your preferences for your meal, and receive a dish created personally for you - using only seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.
