You will start with your choice of 2 appetizers, chosen from 3 distinct selections (From The Ice, From The Fire, From New York). Then, order your entree based on protein, flavor profile, and restrictions - moments later, you will be presented with a fresh, organic dish that is truly one of a kind.
Pair your dinner with a selection of biodynamic wines or artisanal cocktails that reflect the same passion and attention to detail, such as the Tender is the Night: a Gatsby-esque concoction of bourbon, Fernet Branca, and Carpano Antica.

At Bespoke Kitchen, Executive Chef Franco Barrio combines his own farm-to-table sensibility with years of training in haute cuisine under Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park), and in fusion working for David Chang (Momofuku Ssam Bar). Add to that his own inventiveness that made him a Chopped winner, and you get Bespoke Kitchen’s highly creative, customized dining experience.
A la carte appetizers come from 3 brilliant sections: From the Ice (chilled dishes like the Ahi Tuna Tartare), From The Fire (warm Bespoke Bacon Dumplings with sake-sriracha aioli), and From New York (the House Made Burrata with Union Square market greens, or the Cheeses from Sustainable Farms with honey comb and jam).
Move on to the main course, where you'll experience the ultimate in “off-menu” dining. You will feel like a member of a New York City private supper club as you indicate your preferences for your meal, and receive a dish created personally for you - using only seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.
