These pies taste just like the ones you'd get in Naples or Rome, and there's a very good reason why: committed to using only the best produce, L'asso imports some of the ingredients directly from Italy, such as the certified buffalo mozzarella that comes from Campania, Italy.

Just opened and already boasting a cult following, Mandolino prides itself on exceptional Italian pies made with highest quality flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte mozzarella, and other finest ingredients.
Kissed with high-heat wood fire in the restaurant's brick oven, the resulting crust is gorgeously airy, thin, and lightly blistered, providing the ideal base for an array of tempting toppings.
The pitch perfect classics like the Margherita (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, EVOO) is second to none; more daring palates will love the Boscaiola (tomatoes, mozzarella, Italian sweet sausage, porcini, peas, basil, EVOO), or the indulgent Truffle pie laced with black truffle shavings and Robiola cheese.
