The menu created by the Italian Executive Chef Andrea Tiberi and Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Nagao (Nobu, Blue Ribbon Sushi) marries the flavors and ingredients of the two cuisines to exceptional results; like the show-stopping Filet Mignon Tataki with ponzu truffle sauce, the tempting Green Tea Gnocchi, and a host of extravagant sushi entrees.

The flavorful Meatball Taster comes with 3 sauces: basil pesto teriyaki, spicy scallion marinara, and parmesan cream sauce. On the sushi roll side, the Lady Day Roll is a hearty masterpiece of blue fin, salmon, spicy super white tuna, pepperoncini, avocado & mango.
