For the appetizers, take your pick from the Soup/Salad, Kitchen Starter or Sushi Starter menu. We'd recommend the Coconut Shrimp or Chef Yang's famed Sushi Pizza (spicy tuna, avocado, wasabi cream, salmon).
Entrees are selected from the Wok & Grill, Fried Rice & Noodle, Sushi Entree or Special Rolls menu. With over 50 dishes to choose from, it would be hard to make just a few recommendations but the Sashimi Omakase Selection is a must.

Henry Yang spent the first half of the oughts making a name for himself as Sushi Chef in the BondST kitchen, before embarking on his dream and opening his debut restaurant, Alpha Fusion.
Specializing in dishes that beg to be shared, Alpha Fusion offers a delicious, modern and inventive take on Japanese fare. The expansive menu also includes renditions on more traditional Japanese fare, including a full range of sushi options and ramen.
The appetizer menu features everything from sushi starters like the Steak Tartar Salad to Duck Spring Rolls. For your entree, look forward to inventive dishes such as the Grilled Sesame Crusted Tuna (with marinated saba Noodle) and the Sashimi Don Over Sushi Rice Dinner.
Finally, the sweetest selection of deserts include a homemade Green Tea Ice Cream & the Chocolate Mousse.
