In December of 2007 Henry Yang was able to take his passion, experience and creativity for food to open his dream of Alpha Fusion Restaurant on 34th street. He starts with freshest ingredients, finest Asian spices and inspiring creations to bring Manhattan some of the top Asian cuisine. Their dishes include traditional Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese entrees, sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, fusion dishes, salads, vegetarian dishes, and more. Outdoor seating is available.
