A can't-miss appetizer is assorted pierogis dipped in sour cream and apple sauce. Move on to the cult-favorite Kaz's Special Burger, featuring Black Angus Chuck patty topped with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, kielbasa, and served with incredible homemade tater tots - which you'll want to add to your burger, for an explosion of flavors and textures.
A true gastropub that doesn't cut corners, everything on the menu is made in-house or custom made for Kaz, including 2 delicious eponymous brews: Kaz Pilsner and Kaz IPA (Pennsylvania).

In a cozy chic dining room of exposed brick and light wood finishes, Kaz serves up a brilliant menu that infuses All American classics with authentic Eastern European flavors.
In the appetizer section, the Polish small plates like Parovksy (Polish grilled sausages) and Sauerkraut & Wild Mushroom Pierogis shine, alongside mouthwatering comfort foods like Loaded Tater Tots (topped with beef, jalapenos, melted cheese).
For the entree, the Skirt Steak with wild mushroom sauce, parmesan fries, and market veggies will satisfy even the heartiest appetite.
Complement this feast with some crisp beer from a selection of 20+ microbrews from around the U.S. and Poland, including Allagash, Victory, and Żywiec. If you're in the mood for cocktails, try the Lady Kaz (white rum, dark rum, Amaretto, orange, pineapple, grenadine).
