Grab your $85 pulse (a $189) for an stunning 4 course dinner for two, that includes 1 small plate, 1 fresh pasta, 2 entrees, 1 dessert, and 4 cocktails or 1 bottle of red or white wine.
Inspired by a trip to Argentina, Chef DeLucie's techniques focus on wood-fire grilling that adds an irresistible umami note to locally sourced American favorites, like the juicy Berkshire Pork Chop (pickled mustard seed, apple cider).
Meanwhile, the interior accented by copper lighting, caramel leather seats, and poured concrete creates a sensuous supper club vibe - a see-and-be-seen playground for fashion-forward guests.

Chef John DeLucie is one of the culinary world's true greats and the founding chef of The Waverly Inn, co-owned by Graydon Carter of Vanity Fair.
At The Waverly Inn, and at Crown on the Upper East Side, high-wattage names like Jay-Z & Beyonce, Karl Lagerfeld, Blake Lively, and Mick Jagger have feasted on Chef DeLucie's original creations like the truffle mac n' cheese and the trout on a cedar plank.
At his newest venture Bedford & Co., Chef DeLucie delivers his signature haute comfort food with a twist. To start, try the Portuguese Octopus that is wood-grilled to a smokey char and dressed with cucumber, chili, and squid ink vinaigrette.
Move on to a decadent pasta like the Rigatoni with house-cured, thick-cut pancetta, green garlic, fennel, and parmesan. For your main, the Long Island Duck Breast makes for a sublime choice; its flavor accentuated by the sweet and pungent notes of mandarin, olive, & marinated radicchio. The dry-aged Prime Hanger Steak (market greens, béarnaise sauce, fries) is another superb choice.
Save some excitement for brilliant housemade desserts; the 4-layer Carrot Cake with candied carrots & bourbon caramel sauce is absolutely ambrosial.
Afterwards, linger at the lobby of The Renwick Hotel, decorated with whimsical nods to F. Scott Fitzgerald, John Steinbeck et al who all came here for inspiration and company; and as a bonus, you may get a glimpse of some contemporary famous faces who gather here today...
