Grab your $79 ticket (a $95 value) and prepare to spend two hours on the water sampling a range of international fine wines along with local artisanal cheeses and charcuterie from the cult cheesemongers at Stinky Bklyn.
After the engines are cut and the sails are unfurled, you’ll relax with a multi-glass wine flight with your fellow passengers, as you sweep through New York Harbor, enjoying close up views of the Statute of Liberty and other historic landmarks.
Founded by lifelong sailor and Manhattan native Tom Berton, Manhattan by Sail has been taking passengers out on the New York Harbor for over 30 years.
Manhattan by Sail boasts a diverse fleet of ships and an array of excursions, and the Wine Tasting Sail provides you with one of the easiest ways to escape the daily clamor of New York City.
The sail departs from Manhattan's North Cove Marina, located in Battery Park City. You get to enjoy the Manhattan skyline from spacious decks with lots of seating. Best of all, the sails are limited to 43 people, so overcrowding is never a problem here.
