Grab this $59 pulse (a $100 value) for admission to one Tommy "Lasagna" Mosera's cooking classes, where he will teach you his delicious art form as you learn to make authentic Italian pasta dishes from scratch.
You will be able to enjoy unlimited wine and cheese tastings throughout the class, as you follow Tommy's step by step process in making your masterpiece.
At the end of the class, you'll take your creation (as well as recipes and notes) home with you - the perfect end to a convivial and cozy night out.
Brooklyn born Thomas "Lasagna" Mosera knows the intricacies of well-made pasta. Specializing in rustic Italian dishes, Tommy lovingly handcrafts 12 different types of lasagna using traditional techniques and only the freshest, organic ingredients.
Join Tommy for one of his special 2 hour classes, where he will share his culinary wisdom on how to make perfect pasta dishes, and pair them with affordable, yet delicious, wines.
As you learn how to make a traditional Tommy Lasagna, you will be guided though different lasagna cheeses and wines that go with your meal. Naturally, you will be able to eat the cheeses and drink the wines!
