As you enter the beautiful tasting room at the Astor Center, you will be greeted with a delicious rum cocktail to begin your night. This will be followed by six pours of aged rums - including the Plantation Guadeloupe 1998 Rhum Agricole & Ron Zacapa Sistema Solera 23 Rum - with a lavish tasting plate composed of six different Caribbean-style tapas.
