Ballaro Caffe Prosciutteria & Wine Bar got its name from the inspirational local Sicilian street markets held in the beautifully architectural, cultural, and historical city, Palermo. The restaurant was opened in New York with hopes to bring a small piece of the Sicilian island to the city, serving delicious traditional meats, cheese, wine, and coffee.
