Your $35 pulse (an $80 Value) includes:

• One plate of cheese or charcuterie per person.
• A full bottle of quality wine to share ~ Tempranillo (a Spanish Red) or Chianti (an Italian Red) or Verdicchio (an Italian white) or Prosecco (sparkling Italian white).
• The charcuterie plate consists of three cured meats of your choice, along with cornichons, olives and freshly baked crostini. Meats include Parmacotta, Proscuitto di Parma and Bresaola.
• The cheese plate consists of fine, hand crafted cheeses which is complimented by sweet fig jam. Cheese include L’Amuse Gouda, Essex Manchego, Tome D’Aquitaine and Morbier.
